Eve Huang is awaiting swearing-in to the New York State Bar and focuses her practice on sponsor real estate sale, intellectual property and compliance. She has hands-on experience handling trademark enforcement, copyright compliance, economic sanctions, and export control matters across cross-border e-commerce platforms, global internet companies, and international law firms. She is committed to delivering. compliance-oriented legal support tailored to global business operations.

At the outset of her time with the firm, Eve led the sponsor sale team, where she played a key role in coordinating transactions among lenders, sponsors, and other stakeholders. She managed complex loan disbursement structures, including mortgage splitters, collateral assignments, and various forms of mortgage financing to ensure compliance with lender requirements and offering plan terms.

She is also currently assisting in representing cross-border e-commerce merchants and platform in trademark infringement litigation before the district courts. Her responsibilities include drafting legal memoranda, organizing evidentiary materials, supporting litigation strategy development, and facilitating communications.

Prior to joining the firm, Eve worked at a publicly listed multinational internet company, where she was responsible for intellectual property compliance and helped resolve multiple copyright disputes with major global music rights holders. She also gained experience at leading Chinese law firms, where she contributed to U.S. export control, sanctions, and other international compliance projects.

With legal education in both China and the United States, Eve is skilled at aligning international regulatory frameworks with platform operations, providing practical legal solutions for technology companies and cross-border businesses.
