Fiona Lin has been with the firm since 2017 and currently serves as the Office Manager and Lending Team Leader. She oversees the firm’s daily operations and provides support across several key practice areas, including real estate, immigration, and intellectual property.

In her central role within the firm’s lending practice, Ms. Lin brings extensive experience managing a wide range of loan transactions, including residential mortgages, commercial loans, private lending, and other complicated financing structures. As the Lending Team Leader, she supervises the entire loan closing process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every stage. She leads the team in drafting loan documents, conducting due diligence on all information relevant to borrowers and guarantors, loan clearance, and closing loans on behalf of lenders. She also oversees the review of title reports, preparation of closing documents, and coordination with buyer’s and seller’s attorneys, title companies, and lending institutions. Additionally, she manages loan disbursements and Settlement. The firm handles approximately 170 loan closings each year. Ms. Lin is an essential part of the team’s success in executing high-volume, time-sensitive transactions across the Greater New York area and beyond.

Ms. Lin also supports the firm’s immigration and intellectual property practices, assisting in the preparation and filing of USCIS and USPTO applications under attorney supervision.
