Dr. Li began his intellectual property services in 2009, and is mainly engaged in patent applications for mechanical, electrical and software art, patent litigation and other intellectual property matters. He founded Dragonsun Corporation back in 2011 and has been engaged in intellectual property services consistently since then.
Dr. Li has successfully completed patent applications in various fields, including mechanical and electronic devices, optics, semiconductors, medical devices, e-commerce, software, heavy machinery, compounds and biological drugs.
Dr. Li provides clients with comprehensive services in all phases of intellectual property law, including US and foreign patent, trademark and copyright applications, patentability assessment, legality assessment, licensing, patent invalidity and infringement, product design solutions, patent portfolio development and management, and patent litigation support.
Before starting his career as a lawyer, Dr. Li worked as a senior engineer, project manager, and technical leader at various semiconductor companies. Dr. Li was a senior engineer, senior analyst and technology leader at ASML, the world’s top semiconductor manufacturer.
