Mr. Zeng has worked extensively in residential and commercial real estate matters. He represented buyers and sellers in residential and commercial closings, leasing, land use, and development. His practice areas focus on residential primary residences and investment properties; condos/co-op law and condos/co-op document review ; commercial transactions ; curing title defects and short sales. He also practice heavily in real estate leases. He drafts, negotiates and reviews complex industrial, office and retail leases. He help landlords and tenants enter into rental arrangements that facilitate their business objectives and protect their interests .
Mr. Zeng also frequently practices in business transactions. He helps clients navigate the complex American legal system and regulatory environment in every step of an investment or transactional deal . Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Zeng worked as legal counsel for a major international airline company(China Southern Airlines) over five years. He practices in the areas of company setting up ; share/stock transfer; draft LLC operating agreement and shareholder agreement; equity purchase, and so on.
In addition, Mr. Zeng also practices matters involving immigration law. Mr. Zeng is experienced in EB-5 petitions (Immigrant Investor Program), H-1B visa petitions, as well as L-1A (Intracompany Transferee Executive or Manager) and E-2 visas.
